- Easy pace — you should be able to nasal-breathe the whole time
- No hills, no headphones-blasting cardio podcasts
- Use this to digest the week, not to chase stats

Mobility Flow
5–8 min mobility flow: hips, thoracic spine, ankles.
- World’s greatest stretch · 90/90 hip switches · cat-cow
- Hold each position 30–45 s, breathe through the discomfort
- 5–8 min total, no equipment
